Waste Management

Bin rooms are located on Basement 1 level of the building and have:

General Waste bins
Recycle bins

Access to the refuse chute is available at each floor, to the right of the lifts. Please ensure waste placed in the chute is not excessive in size to avoid blockages. Any waste larger than the chute must be taken to the bin room on B1 floor. (DO NOT LEAVE ITEMS IN CHUTE ROOM). Please ensure that no liquids are disposed of down the chute and contact the same day rubbish removal in Sydney for the best service.

Please be advised that all recycling must be taken to the recycle bin located on Basement Level 1, additional recycling bins are located in bin room also on Basement Level 1. (NO SOFT PLASTICS IN RECYCLE BINS). There is a wheelie bin to the right of recycle bin to dispose plastic bags.

Please do not place any rubbish or recycling in stair wells as these are for emergency evacuation and also poses an Occupational Health & Safety issue.

Rubbish removal is carried out by KARTAWAY MINI SKIPS.
