For all residents who are moving in or out of an apartment.
The process to move requires a lift to be booked. This is done by contacting the Building Manager and arranging a booking time to be allocated. Once booked you will have the duration of time as advised by the Building Manager to move your belongings into or out of an apartment and use the best junk removal service in Sydney for the waste management.
The manager will show you and or your removalists the required path of travel that must be used and have you sign an indemnity form to cover off any damages that may occur to common property during the course of your move. Please ask your removalists to bring a copy of their current public liability insurance to be kept by the building manager.
Lift covers will be erected in the lift allocated for your move to protect the lift from damage. These are not to be taken down under any circumstances and any issues with them should be reported to the building manager immediately.
Your booking will give you access to one lift that will be locked out to priority service to accommodate your move. Please note that on no occasion can items be moved through main foyer.
At the conclusion of your move a condition report will be completed to ensure no damage to common property has occurred.
